Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, accessing, or using the Social Change (SC) app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). Service Description: The SC app offers a unique gamification platform designed to enhance local commerce. Users can earn and spend 'Social Cash'—a form of digital scrip—within a network of participating local retailers. This system aims to drive traffic to small businesses and provide consumers with rewards that can be used directly at these establishments, promoting community engagement and economic activity. The use of Social Cash is subject to specific terms which will be outlined within the app and must be adhered to as part of the service agreement.

Usage and Restrictions: You agree to use SC solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Misuse of the app or unauthorized modification of any information stored on SC is not permitted and may be punishable by law. These terms are intended to ensure a clear understanding of the mutual obligations between you and SC and to promote fairness and transparency in our interactions with all users.

User Accounts: Users are required to register for an account to access and utilize the features of the SC app. During registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested. SC also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate terms, engage in illegal activities, or harm other users.
